Job Title: Business Development Executive 

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships in our Dubai office. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new customers, retaining existing clients, and supporting strategic decision-making through detailed reporting and market insights. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving company profitability and enhancing the brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture customer relationships to boost profits and reduce customer churn

  • Identify potential prospects, develop leads, and present detailed reports to management for strategic decisions

  • Convert leads into loyal customers by employing persuasive communication and soft skills during both in-person and remote engagements

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through innovative and trending sales techniques

  • Monitor and manage conversion rates, sales calls, revenue, and other performance indicators

  • Enhance brand reputation by proactively reaching out to prospects and managing customer interactions

  • Leverage a mix of promotional channels—traditional marketing, social media, and email campaigns—to advertise and drive product adoption

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to convert leads into customers, contributing significantly to revenue growth

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of professional ethics

  • In-depth understanding of customer service principles and processes

  • Excellent organization skills with the capability to prioritize based on company goals

  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage in persuasive discussions and debates

  • 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Based in Dubai, UAE
