Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive (Female) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is eager to expand our presence across diverse industries including Real Estate, IT, Hospitality, Maritime Shipping, Oil & Gas, Marketing, and Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Analyze emerging markets and identify new business opportunities within targeted sectors.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Generate leads, pitch company offerings, and establish long-term client relationships.

Sales & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business forums to expand our network and visibility.

Deal Negotiation & Closure: Lead contract negotiations, close strategic deals, and create pricing structures based on market trends.

Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular performance reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient client onboarding and project execution.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Proven experience in business development or sales within one or more of the target industries.

Strong understanding of Dubai’s business landscape and market dynamics.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be comfortable working in a hybrid (remote + office) environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Previous experience working in Dubai.
