Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Executive to lead market expansion and client engagement for our new energy vehicle operations across regions including the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B and B2C sales, especially in fleet and retail vehicle sectors, with a sharp understanding of regional market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development & Client Relationship Management: Conduct thorough market research in target regions to identify new opportunities and increase market share for new energy vehicles. Develop tailored market entry and expansion strategies. Identify and approach potential clients in B2B (e.g., logistics, rental companies) and B2C channels. Build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships. Collect feedback from clients and share insights for product and service improvements.
2. Order Execution & Management: Coordinate with production, logistics, and customs teams to ensure timely order deliveries. Track ongoing orders, resolve issues proactively, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Manage payment collection to ensure timely fund recovery.
3. Market Research & Strategic Input: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to deliver actionable reports and insights. Collaborate on the development of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotions to boost sales and brand visibility.
4. Cross-Cultural Communication & Team Coordination: Facilitate seamless collaboration between domestic teams, distributors, and international partners. Support internal teams in overcoming cultural barriers to enhance team synergy.
5. Managerial Support: Assist in marketing planning, overseas exhibition coordination, and business data analysis as assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or above. Full professional proficiency in English. 2+ years of UAE-based work experience, ideally in vehicle fleet or retail sales. Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Exceptional communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
