Doctify, a global HealthTech platform operating in six markets, is hiring a Business Development Executive to join its commercial team in Dubai. This hybrid, full-time role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who are eager to drive customer acquisition and revenue in the UAE market while contributing to a mission that aims to empower over 100 million patients by 2025.
Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the 360° sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.

Drive revenue, engagement, and new customer acquisition in the UAE region.

Consistently exceed monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs.

Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.

Collaborate with internal teams and position Doctify as a thought leader in the HealthTech space.
Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in sales; B2B or SaaS background is a plus.

Strong English communication skills and the ability to sell via phone, virtual, and in-person meetings.

High resilience and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
