This full-time, on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and driving business communication across sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM solutions and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business development and generate qualified leads

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients

Execute business communication and proposal development

Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction with CRM services

Work closely with internal teams to align client expectations and solutions

Identify and develop strategic partnerships for business expansion
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and account management

Strong understanding of CRM consulting and cloud computing technologies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Fluency in Arabic is required
