We are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Events Coordinator to lead strategic growth and enhance brand presence through effective networking and event execution under the Treppan Living Initiative. This role merges business development and event planning to create powerful client experiences and forge long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a flair for communication, a passion for real estate, and a proven track record in organizing impactful events and driving sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive business development and secure sponsorships.

Plan, coordinate, and manage high-impact events including property launches, industry meetups, and community networking initiatives.

Conduct thorough market research to uncover business growth opportunities and identify relevant trends.

Create and manage event budgets while ensuring financial efficiency and ROI.

Collaborate with marketing teams for event promotions, branding, and campaign strategies.

Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders.

Contribute to the development of promotional content and marketing materials.

Monitor, evaluate, and report the success of events and initiatives.
