As a Business Development Engineer – Customer-Facing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving demand creation and project acquisition across the UAE market. This is a customer-centric, engineering-driven role where your expertise in low and medium voltage systems, combined with relationship-building skills, will directly contribute to Eaton’s expansion in the region.

This opportunity is based in our newly announced sustainable Dubai campus, bringing together our commercial, manufacturing, and support teams under one roof, fueling innovation and growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with contractors, consultants, and end users to promote Eaton’s LV/MV solutions.

• Support internal sales teams with technical insights and engineering analysis to help them close deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with A-tier contractors and key stakeholders.

• Identify and create demand through utilities, ministries, and strategic partners.

• Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitor offerings and industry trends.

• Collaborate with Product Management, SCM, Marketing, and Quality to deliver on project expectations.

• Lead customer meetings and deliver techno-commercial presentations with confidence.

• Encourage Eaton’s channel partners to expand presence across UAE regions.

• Proactively support ethical sales growth and contribute to a diverse and inclusive team culture.

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent discipline)

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development or technical sales in the UAE

• In-depth knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) power systems

🔹 Key Skills:

• Strong track record of managing relationships with end users, utilities, and C-level stakeholders

• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus

• Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach and results-driven mindset
