Oosal, the UAE’s first AI-powered service marketplace, is seeking a Business Development Associate (Community & Outreach Associate) to join its founding team. This full-time remote role focuses on building strong relationships with service providers, driving community engagement, and supporting early-stage growth as Oosal prepares for its closed beta launch (Oct–Dec 2025). The ideal candidate is ambitious, proactive, and passionate about the UAE’s digital economy.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to service providers and freelancers across the UAE.

• Onboard providers to Oosal’s beta platform and assist with setup.

• Build and manage community engagement through WhatsApp groups, events, and campaigns.

• Gather feedback from providers and share actionable insights with the product and development team.

• Support marketing initiatives, including social media promotion, testimonials, and outreach campaigns.

• Track outreach activities and achieve monthly provider acquisition targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field).

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Confident in outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.

• Based in Dubai/UAE with knowledge of the local business and service provider landscape.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced startup environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sales, business development, or community management.

• Social media management and content creation skills.

• Demonstrated leadership through university clubs, competitions, or projects.

• Interest in startups, AI, and the UAE’s growing digital economy.
