Role Overview:

Valtrans Transportation Systems and Services is seeking an energetic and strategic Business Development Executive to accelerate our market expansion across the UAE. If you are commercially sharp, tech-savvy, and passionate about offering cutting-edge parking solutions, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive impact in a fast-growing segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the smart parking systems and transportation services market.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, developers, municipalities, and key stakeholders.

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and client needs.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals, technical presentations, and solution demos.

• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to create client-centric service offerings.

• Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closure aligned with revenue goals.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs, pipelines, and market responses to refine sales strategies.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or Engineering.

• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in parking systems, facilities management, or smart city tech.

• Strong understanding of the UAE market and infrastructure-related services.

• Fluent in Arabic and English—both written and spoken.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

• Willing to travel within the UAE for business meetings and site visits.

Salary & Benefits:

AED 10,000 to 12,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
