Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Dubai. In this role, you will focus on growing our client portfolio within the recruitment industry. Your strong networking abilities, market knowledge, and passion for building lasting client relationships will be key to driving our success.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the recruitment industry.

Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to maximize business opportunities.

Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Conduct thorough market research and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.

Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to align client needs with service delivery.

Prepare, present, and negotiate persuasive proposals and solutions to clients.

Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to enhance brand presence.

Maintain up-to-date client and sales activity records through CRM platforms.
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, telesales, or customer service, ideally within the recruitment sector.

Strong sales and relationship management skills.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
Salary and Benefits:

AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
