Role Overview

Black Swan Business Setup Services is seeking a motivated and client-focused Business Setup Consultant to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in the business setup industry who are eager to work in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment.

The successful candidate will support clients through the company formation process across the UAE and international jurisdictions, while actively contributing to business growth through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on company formation, licensing, and corporate structuring options

• Manage client inquiries and convert leads into successful business setup engagements

• Present and promote business setup solutions across multiple jurisdictions

• Coordinate with internal teams and government authorities to ensure smooth setup processes

• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and follow-ups

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in a performance-driven environment

• Build long-term relationships with clients by providing professional and responsive service

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in the business setup / corporate services industry

• Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills

• Ability to thrive in a sales-focused, target-driven environment

• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic team

• Client-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,500 – 6,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Performance-based incentives may apply (subject to company policy)
