About the Role:
MIRAD Group is seeking a seasoned Business Consultant to advise international and local clients on setting up and expanding their businesses in the UAE. This position plays a critical role in providing strategic, legal, and operational guidance to clients across the full lifecycle of business development—from diagnostics and structuring to licensing and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business models to identify risk areas and growth opportunities

• Design tailored business strategies, KPIs, and implementation roadmaps

• Provide legal advisory on UAE corporate, commercial, and compliance matters

• Draft, review, and manage corporate documentation and commercial contracts

• Oversee company registration processes in Free Zones and Mainland (across at least 3 Emirates)

• Liaise with UAE government entities (DED, DLD, MOHRE, DHA, Municipality, FTA, Immigration, DDA, Customs)

• Develop optimal corporate structures aligned with client objectives

• Conduct high-level client consultations and strategic advisory sessions

• Deliver training and internal knowledge-sharing sessions for staff and clients

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in UAE-focused business consulting

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law, Business, or Economics

• Proficiency in Russian and English (spoken and written)

• Expertise with 15+ UAE Free Zones and experience in at least 3 Mainland jurisdictions

• In-depth knowledge of UAE legal, regulatory, and licensing procedures

• Strong client management and project execution skills

• Highly organized, analytical, and goal-driven
