Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Home Box team. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with expertise in business reporting tools, capable of delivering actionable insights that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability across retail and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, validate, and standardize business information and performance reports.

• Create accurate KPI dashboards and management reports to support effective decision-making.

• Work with retail and e-commerce teams to build an efficient sales operations structure.

• Identify revenue growth and profitability opportunities by analyzing product mix and customer behavior.

• Benchmark store/channel performance to highlight best practices and areas for improvement.

• Partner with planning, e-commerce, and buying teams to support inventory management and markdown strategies.

• Provide insights to the buying team on pricing, margins, and business impact.

• Support the development of business cases for investments and process improvements.

• Use tools like Power BI and Python to streamline and automate reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech from IITs/DTUs preferred or equivalent degree in Business Information or Analytics

• Knowledge and experience in Power BI and Python is essential

Experience:

• 1–2 years in a similar role involving business analysis, business development, or reporting in a complex retail environment
