Role Overview

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) systems and ServiceNow implementations to join our Digital Transformation team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will act as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that all EHS requirements are clearly captured, documented, and successfully delivered in alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with EHS stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Document business processes, workflows, and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.

• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and solution architects to ensure precise delivery of EHS requirements.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-implementation adoption.

• Create detailed reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.

• Ensure compliance with EHS standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OSHA regulations.

Primary Skills

• Proficiency in EHS platforms (e.g., Enablon, Sphera, Intelex).

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow EHS or GRC modules.

• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Secondary Skills

• Awareness of cybersecurity, IT risk management, and governance principles.

• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in EHS or ServiceNow implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of environmental and workplace safety standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA).

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.

• Proven ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation in complex enterprise environments.About the Company
