Turing, a global leader in AI research and enterprise solutions, is seeking a Business Analyst (Arabic) to join its team on a contract basis. This role involves analyzing complex content, validating information through research, and collaborating with Large Language Models (LLMs) like Gemini to enhance their performance. The position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in the rapidly expanding field of artificial intelligence — no prior AI background required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and summarize complex data and content in English and Arabic.

• Conduct online research to validate claims and ensure content accuracy.

• Provide detailed feedback and annotations to improve LLM responses.

• Collaborate with AI systems and contribute to their training and refinement.

• Answer analytical questions and create realistic scenarios for AI model evaluation.

• Ensure quality, clarity, and precision in linguistic and analytical tasks.

• Work independently while maintaining consistent communication with team leads.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Excellent analytical, research, and reasoning abilities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or similar).

• Experience in analytical or writing-based roles (Business Analyst, Research Analyst, Copywriter, Translator, etc.) is a plus.

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.

• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and data interpretation skills.

• Ability to commit up to 40 hours/week, overlapping with US time zone (UTC-8:00).

• Must have a desktop/laptop and reliable internet connection.
