Greenfix Property Care is looking for a Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker) to join their Dubai office. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong analytical and communication skills to support projects within the tax administration domain.

The selected candidate will play a key role in gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting use cases, and ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Scenario Analysis: Understand, document, and assess business processes within tax administration. Develop comprehensive use cases and identify impacts on current workflows.

• Use Case Documentation: Create and update detailed use case scenarios. Ensure alignment between business processes and technical system capabilities.

• Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to document functional and non-functional requirements. Facilitate validation sessions to ensure completeness and clarity.

• Data Analysis: Analyze service transactions and user behavior data to generate actionable insights. Create reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau (preferred).

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams. Provide ongoing guidance on best practices, systems, and project deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field

• Certification preferred: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent

• Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), Microsoft Excel, Visio, SQL, JIRA, and Confluence

• Familiarity with SAP TRM is an added advantage

• Knowledge of BABOK, Six Sigma, Lean methodologies

• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments

Work Experience:

• Senior Business Analyst: Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis, particularly in tax administration or financial systems

• Prior exposure to taxation processes is a plus

• Experience working on multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

• Strong experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
