Turing is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst (Arabic) to contribute to the development and refinement of cutting-edge AI systems, including LLMs like Gemini. This remote contract role involves analyzing content, validating claims, and providing feedback to improve AI performance. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read, summarize, and analyze complex content.

• Validate information through online research.

• Collaborate with LLMs to improve their understanding and outputs.

• Assist with screening and training processes, including evaluation tasks using Google accounts.

• Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations to enhance AI performance.

• Develop scenarios to train models and correct errors.

Requirements:

• Multilingual: Proficiency in English and Arabic.

• Strong analytical and research skills.

• Creative and lateral thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

• Commitment to 40 hours per week, overlapping partially with US hours.

• Desktop or laptop with reliable internet.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related field) or equivalent experience.

• Professional writing experience (business analyst, research, copywriting, technical writing, editing, translation).

• Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite.

• Data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic skills.
