Job Overview:

Cigna Healthcare is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll engage with business stakeholders to define project scopes, document requirements, and map workflows related to insurance and healthcare operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in process improvement, business alignment, and agile delivery while working in a culturally diverse and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and refine business requirements

• Support business process development and improvement initiatives

• Translate requirements into epics using Scaled Agile Framework

• Assist in creating high-level scope documents and project intake proposals

• Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams for integration-related requirements

• Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and data modeling

• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) processes

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and enterprise architecture standards

• Analyze business operations and propose practical, scalable solutions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Management, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis (insurance or financial services preferred)

• Solid understanding of the UAE insurance market and regulatory environment

• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

• Skilled in business process modeling, data interpretation, and workflow mapping

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Visio

• Six Sigma certification is a plus
