The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai is hiring a Bus Driver – Reception and Quality Control to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality operation of RTA buses and vehicles. The role involves transferring buses between depots, workshops, and external agencies, conducting inspections, assisting with roadside support, and ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive RTA buses between depots, workshops, and other locations as required.

• Conduct road tests for buses and assist the Roadside Assistance Technical Team.

• Transport spare parts and equipment to suppliers and depots as needed.

• Drive sewerage tankers to collect and dispose of waste water per Dubai Municipality standards.

• Perform daily checks on vehicles, including fuel, oil, brakes, and cleanliness.

• Ensure all safety and operational equipment is functional (e.g., fire extinguisher, first aid box).

• Report any maintenance or repair requirements to supervisors.

• Follow RTA safety, maintenance, and information security policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate vehicle logs and comply with data sharing and IT security guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Primary school education or equivalent.

• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License is mandatory.

• Ability to perform routine vehicle checks and follow safety standards.
