Arte Bunkering is seeking an experienced and results-driven Bunker Trader to join its expanding Dubai team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this full-time, on-site role is ideal for a candidate with a strong understanding of the global bunkering market and a proven portfolio of transferable clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving regional and international growth by managing the full sales and trading cycle, developing new business, and collaborating with Arte Bunkering’s global offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily back-to-back bunker trading operations
• Build and manage a personal portfolio of clients including ship owners, operators, and charterers
• Oversee the full trade cycle: trading, fixture/post-fixture, delivery, and payment collection
• Collaborate with international offices for supply coordination and client servicing
• Provide expert advice and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support internal teams with port research, vessel tracking, and fuel coordination
• Monitor market trends and supply chain developments to maintain competitive edge
• Contribute to monthly KPIs and team performance goals

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bunker Trader (4–6 years preferred)
• Existing and transferable client portfolio is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Shipping, Oil & Gas, or related field
• High proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong knowledge of marine fuels, shipping operations, and bunker trading
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
