Job Overview:
The Broker Servicing Team Coach plays a vital role in coaching, supporting, and mentoring front-line team members, ensuring excellence in service delivery to Bupa’s broker network. You will act as a role model and point of escalation, helping develop both technical and soft skills across the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one coaching to build product knowledge, technical skills, and service behaviors

Provide feedback and conduct side-by-side or remote quality monitoring sessions

Identify and close skill gaps through tailored coaching plans

Handle escalated internal and external customer interactions with professionalism and empathy

Collaborate with the Service and Training Managers to improve training and processes
-
Stay updated and informed as the team’s subject matter expert
-
Perform quality audits and internal assessments to maintain high standards

Support daily coordination and overall team performance as needed
What You Bring:
-
2–3 years experience in team leadership, team coaching, or customer service within the UAE
-
Previous experience in an insurance company or broker house (Customer/Broker Services is preferred)

Strong knowledge of UAE insurance products, systems, and regulatory practices
-
Demonstrated ability to coach, inspire, and develop others
-
Known for delivering high-quality customer service and exceeding KPI targets
-
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
