Job Summary:
Outlier is seeking native Japanese speakers to participate in voice training projects for AI development. This remote, contract-based role involves recording voice samples with various tones, styles, and emotions to train advanced audio AI models. Whether you’re a professional voice actor or someone with an expressive, outgoing personality, your voice can help shape the future of AI.
Key Responsibilities:

Record short voice clips in Japanese with emotional variation and tonal clarity.

Review and provide feedback on recordings from other contributors.

Edit and polish voiceover scripts to enhance flow and natural delivery.

Ensure high-quality recordings using tools such as Audacity.

Maintain a distraction-free, quiet recording environment.
Who Should Apply?
No professional voice acting experience required. This role is a great fit if you have experience in:

Theater, improv, or performance arts

Podcasting or content creation

Public speaking or vocal training
Or if you’re naturally expressive and comfortable speaking clearly on a microphone.
Requirements:
