Outlier is looking for individuals to contribute to an AI training project by recording voice clips in Hebrew. This role is ideal for those with expressive voices, including professionals or individuals with backgrounds in call centers, improv, podcasting, or any other vocal performance area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Voice Recording: Record short voice clips using different tones, emotions, and styles.

• Feedback: Provide feedback on voice recordings from other contributors.

• Script Editing: Edit and review scripts for flow and clarity.

• Quality Control: Maintain clean, high-quality audio recordings using tools like Audacity.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to help improve AI models and ensure natural-sounding speech is used in AI training.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hebrew: Native-level proficiency in Hebrew.

• Vocal Expression: Strong vocal expression with emotional range.

• Recording Setup: Quiet, distraction-free recording environment.

• Experience: Previous experience in voice work is beneficial but not required.

Nice to Haves:

• Background in Performance: Experience in theater, improv, or acting.

• Vocal Training: Classical vocal training or public speaking experience.

• Professional Equipment: Audio interface or professional-grade microphone setup.

Payment: Up to $40 USD per hour for voice recording work.
