Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Associate – Branding, PR & Social Media to lead brand storytelling and equity building for a premium beauty brand in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, this role is responsible for executing the regional brand strategy across PR, influencer marketing, digital content, and social media, ensuring strong brand desirability and consistent positioning across the GCC.
The role requires close collaboration with global teams, local agencies, influencers, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns and meaningful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Awareness

Drive regional brand awareness and desirability through PR, digital, social media, influencer, and content initiatives

Define and execute brand awareness strategies aligned with the annual marketing calendar

Develop and manage a consistent content strategy using global assets and locally produced content

Allocate and manage PR and digital investments in line with brand objectives and budgets
PR & Partnerships

Lead PR strategy execution, including campaign launches, media outreach, and event activations

Manage PR agency relationships, briefs, timelines, and deliverables
-
Conceptualize and execute PR events including themes, mood boards, production, and guest lists
-
Develop impactful brand partnerships with regional brands, artists, and cultural platforms

Track PR KPIs including ROI, EMV, media coverage, and engagement
Influencer Marketing

Build and execute a long-term influencer strategy aligned with brand values and positioning
-
Identify, recruit, and onboard key influencers and brand ambassadors across the region

Manage influencer relationships, negotiations, contracts, gifting, and content delivery

Design innovative influencer campaigns in collaboration with marketing and digital teams

Oversee product seeding and creative press kits from concept to production
Social Media & Content

Own the organic social media presence across Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn

Create and manage monthly content calendars across all platforms

Adapt and publish content weekly with Arabic and English copywriting

Coordinate content creation including photoshoots, video editing, and post-production with internal teams and external suppliers

Handle community management and audience engagement across platforms
Digital Performance & Reporting

Collaborate with digital and performance marketing teams on paid media investments and content amplification

Analyze organic and paid social performance, influencer results, and campaign impact

Conduct competitor benchmarking and daily influencer landscape monitoring
Candidate Requirements
-
3–5 years of experience in PR, branding, or social media, preferably within beauty, skincare, fashion, or luxury

Proven GCC market experience

Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital-first brand building

Arabic language skills preferred; fluency in English required

Creative, outgoing, and collaborative personality with a passion for beauty and storytelling

Experience working with global brand teams and regional agencies
