Role Overview
At Chalhoub Group, we build iconic brands and create exceptional luxury experiences across the Middle East. We are looking for a Brand Marketing Associate to support the marketing execution for JACQUEMUS, FARM Rio, and Ferragamo, working closely with senior marketing, commercial, and operational teams.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented marketer with experience in 360° brand marketing who thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. You will support the execution of brand marketing plans while ensuring alignment with brand standards, timelines, and budgets across the UAE and KSA.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & 360° Coordination

Support the execution of brand marketing plans across campaigns, launches, events, and in-store activations

Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of:

Events and in-store activations
-
Campaign and product launches
-
PR initiatives and clienteling pushes
-
360° communication across channels
-

Liaise with suppliers for events and activations, including sourcing, quotations, negotiations, and operational coordination
-
Prepare and coordinate launch decks and internal communication materials
-
Maintain close coordination with store teams on content, loans, gifting, catalogues, and activation requirements
-
Support English and Arabic copywriting across marketing touchpoints
-
Share content with malls, regional teams, and CRM/loyalty teams
-
Create lookbooks and e-catalogues for key launches
-
Conduct market research and benchmarking on campaigns, activations, and key moments
-
Coordinate with PR agencies on samples and loans
-
Liaise with CRM teams on newsletters and clienteling initiatives
Administrative & Operational Support

Coordinate with supply chain teams on deliveries and stock transfers
-
Create and update suppliers within internal systems
-
Support sample, gifting, and asset management
-
Apply for mall permits for in-store activations
-
Maintain shared folders, assets, and documentation
-
Support purchase order creation and budget classification
Budgeting, Reporting & Analysis

Update monthly marketing reports, trackers, and business calendars
-
Track marketing spend, invoices, and monthly accruals
-
Support ROI analysis and post-campaign reporting, including:

Sell-in / sell-out performance
-
Footfall and conversion
-
Campaign effectiveness
-
Budget utilisation

What You’ll Need to Succeed
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in a 360° marketing role (brand, trade, e-commerce, PR, influencers, or CRM) within luxury fashion
-
UAE / GCC experience is essential, with a strong understanding of Middle Eastern consumers and retail environments

Experience working with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Exposure to events, launches, and in-store activations

Strong organisational and coordination skills

Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
-
Good understanding of customer touchpoints including malls, CRM, and digital platforms
-
Ability to work across multiple brands and projects simultaneously
