About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Brand Marketing Executive to lead the seamless execution of integrated brand campaigns. Based in Dubai, this role involves managing omnichannel marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging. Key Responsibilities:

Execute brand strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.

Plan and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns to ensure unified brand presence.

Conduct consumer and competitor research to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.

Track and analyze key brand metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.

Assist in budget management and ensure marketing spend aligns with business objectives.

Maintain and enhance brand reputation across all consumer touchpoints.
Candidate Profile:

4–6 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within BFSI, FMCG, or other consumer-driven industries.

Proven understanding of digital marketing and performance analytics.

Experience working with creative, media, and research agencies.

Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a drive for results.

MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing or related field.
