About the Role
MMC Group is seeking a commercially driven and execution-focused Group Brand & Media Strategy Lead to build and lead the Group’s internal brand and media capability.
Operating at Group level under MENA Assistance, this is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for shaping brand positioning, strengthening digital presence, and structuring media strategy across multiple operating companies.
The role reports directly to the Founder & CEO and requires a high degree of ownership, independence, and disciplined execution. You will play a key role in aligning brand clarity with structured business growth.
Awesome Media Productions functions as the Group’s internal brand and media unit, and this position will lead its strategic direction and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning

Define and refine brand positioning and messaging frameworks across Group entities

Develop formal tone-of-voice guidelines and brand governance standards

Ensure consistent narrative and visual identity across all platforms
Digital & Website Leadership

Conduct audits of existing websites and digital presence

Lead website rebuild and digital transformation initiatives from strategy through launch

Align digital experience with brand positioning and commercial objectives
Media & Content Strategy

Develop structured media strategies aligned with business growth plans

Establish clear content pillars and rolling 90-day media roadmaps

Drive consistency across social, web, and digital communication channels
Team & Capability Development

Build and manage a lean internal media team

Establish clear workflows, timelines, and accountability frameworks

Implement performance tracking and structured reporting to senior leadership
Experience & Qualifications
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years in brand, communications, or media leadership roles
-
Proven experience building, repositioning, or strengthening brands within operating businesses

Demonstrated experience leading website or digital transformation initiatives

Experience managing and developing teams
-
Experience within founder-led or growth-stage environments preferred
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Postgraduate qualification or professional certification in brand or digital strategy (advantageous)
