About the Role
MMC Group is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Group Brand & Media Strategy Lead to build, structure, and lead the Group’s internal brand and media function.
Operating at the Group level under MENA Assistance, this senior leadership role is responsible for defining brand positioning, strengthening digital presence, and delivering structured media strategies across multiple operating companies.
This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. The successful candidate will combine commercial thinking with disciplined execution to elevate brand clarity, digital performance, and market positioning across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning

Define and refine brand positioning frameworks across Group entities

Develop structured messaging architecture and tone-of-voice guidelines

Establish formal brand governance and visual consistency standards
Digital & Web Leadership

Conduct comprehensive audits of existing websites and digital assets

Lead website rebuilds and digital transformation initiatives from strategy through launch

Ensure alignment between brand positioning and digital user experience
Media & Content Strategy

Develop integrated media strategies aligned with business growth objectives

Create content pillars and structured 90-day media roadmaps

Drive narrative consistency across all digital and social platforms
Team & Capability Building

Build and lead a lean internal media and brand team

Establish workflows, accountability systems, and performance tracking

Provide structured reporting and insights to senior leadership
Required Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand, communications, or media leadership roles

Proven track record of building or repositioning brands within operating businesses

Demonstrated experience leading website or digital transformation projects

Experience managing and developing teams

Experience within founder-led or growth-stage organisations preferred
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Postgraduate qualification or professional certification in brand, digital strategy, or communications (advantageous)
