Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Brand & Community Marketing Lead to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and community-building initiatives for a leading outdoor furniture and lifestyle brand in Dubai. This role is ideal for a strategic yet people-focused marketer who excels at relationship-building, storytelling, and creating meaningful brand experiences that foster long-term loyalty.
As the face of our brand community, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our market leadership, nurturing partnerships, and cultivating a welcoming, family-like environment for clients, designers, and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute innovative brand and community marketing strategies that position the company as an industry leader in the luxury and lifestyle segment. -
Community & Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, influencers, media partners, and high-value clients, ensuring they feel deeply connected to the brand. -
Events & Experiences
Conceptualize, plan, and host exclusive events, launches, and community experiences that strengthen customer loyalty and emotional engagement. -
Customer-Centric Engagement
Foster a warm, welcoming brand culture that reflects premium service standards and delivers exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints. -
Content & Communication Excellence
Oversee brand messaging, storytelling, and communications to ensure consistency, creativity, and alignment with brand values. -
Attention to Detail & Quality
Ensure all marketing initiatives, events, and brand materials meet the highest standards of quality, precision, and presentation. -
Positive Brand Advocacy
Act as a brand ambassador with an upbeat, professional, and approachable personality in all internal and external interactions.
Candidate Requirements

Professional Experience
Proven experience in a senior marketing, branding, or public relations role, preferably within a luxury, lifestyle, design, or high-end consumer brand. -
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage. -
Marketing & Digital Expertise
Strong understanding of modern marketing practices, including brand strategy, community marketing, events, and PR.
Certification in digital marketing platforms or AI-driven analytics tools is highly desirable. -
Personal Attributes
Naturally personable, confident, and relationship-driven with a warm and engaging communication style.
Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills. -
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus, enabling deeper engagement with regional audiences. -
