We’re hiring a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to take full ownership of one or more of our high-end spa and salon locations in the UAE. You’ll be responsible for customer satisfaction, operational excellence, employee management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Customer Experience

• Ensure smooth daily operations across assigned branch(es), maintaining strict adherence to SOPs.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by overseeing hygiene, quality, and ambiance.

• Take swift and effective action on customer feedback and complaints.

Team Leadership & Training

• Lead and motivate a team of service professionals with a positive, inclusive leadership style.

• Conduct regular training sessions, skills assessments, and ongoing coaching to elevate service quality.

• Work closely with the training department to upskill and develop staff.

Commercial & Financial Ownership

• Take full P&L ownership of your location(s), controlling costs and maximizing revenue.

• Monitor inventory and stock availability to avoid shortages and variances.

• Contribute directly to branch sales and team performance targets.

Technology & Reporting

• Utilize salon/spa management software effectively and ensure staff are well-trained in its use.

• Maintain detailed staff performance and training records for ongoing development.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) + NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.

• Experience: 3–5 years as a Branch Manager or Senior Supervisor in a salon/spa environment.

• Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team development capabilities

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Strong customer service instincts and sales acumen

  • High attention to detail, organization, and time management

  • Willing to work flexible hours in a customer-focused business

Demographic Requirement:
Applicants must be based in the UAE.

Salary Range:

AED 12,000 – 16,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
