The Boutique Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by managing team objectives, ensuring client satisfaction, and offering a premium in-store experience that reflects the Maison’s heritage and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive boutique sales and client satisfaction through effective team leadership and goal-setting.

• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Van Cleef & Arpels’ history, craftsmanship, and collections locally.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance the in-store experience.

• Recruit, coach, and develop a motivated, knowledgeable team.

• Oversee boutique operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
