The role involves representing an internationally acclaimed boutique, nurturing talent, expanding the business, and cultivating relationships, particularly in the High-End sector. Key Responsibilities:

Lead a large, multicultural team to ensure high performance and exceptional client service.

Represent the Cartier boutique, nurturing talent, and setting luxury retail standards.

Develop innovative initiatives to expand the business and attract new clients, especially in the High-End sector.

Manage multiple departments and adapt the Maison’s strategy to exceed targets.

Translate the boutique’s vision into actionable objectives and identify high-potential employees.

Ensure a best-in-class client experience through strategic clienteling and performance management.

Uphold Cartier’s standards and represent the Boutique during local and international events.

Supervise and assess Boutique flows, adopting new tools and services to elevate standards.
Requirements:

Prior experience in Retail Management with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.

Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and motivate a large team.

Ability to maintain a positive and resilient attitude in a complex, high-performance environment.

Attention to detail in client treatment, particularly with VIP clients.

International experience and knowledge of the Watches & Jewellery industry preferred.
