📌 Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and schedule vehicle service appointments efficiently.

Accurately enter bookings into the Customer Booking System.
-
Track and report the number of vehicles booked for service to the Service Advisor.
-
Confirm bookings with customers through follow-up calls.
-
Coordinate closely with Customer Relations Representatives (Sales & After Sales) regarding vehicles received at the showroom.
-
Collaborate with Sales Executives (Used Cars Section) to manage servicing schedules for their vehicles.
-
Address and escalate customer complaints in coordination with After Sales teams.

Maintain organized filing of correspondences and service records.
-
Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally, routing to appropriate personnel.

Assist Reception Supervisor and Service Advisor with additional tasks as required.
✅ Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar booking or coordination role.

Fluent English communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
-
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
