AL IHSAN PAPER BOXES AND PACKAGES MANUFACTURING (S.P.S – L.L.C) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Book Binder for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with experience in bookbinding, print finishing, or packaging, and a strong eye for quality and precision.

As a Book Binder, you’ll be part of a dedicated manufacturing team, contributing to the production of high-quality paper boxes, bound materials, and packaging solutions. You will work with various binding techniques and tools to assemble books and printed materials according to production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and machine-assisted bookbinding tasks

• Operate die cutting and print finishing equipment as required

• Assemble and bind printed materials such as catalogs, manuals, books, and packaging

• Inspect final products to ensure quality standards are met

• Follow production schedules and meet tight deadlines

• Maintain work areas and machines in a clean, orderly, and safe condition

• Collaborate with other team members to improve production processes

• Ensure all jobs are completed accurately and on time

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookbinding and bindery work

• Familiarity with die cutting tools and techniques

• Understanding of basic printmaking or publishing processes

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a printing or packaging company is an advantage
