Role Summary:

KM Group is seeking a skilled Bodyshop Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate cost estimates, and liaise with customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of vehicle damage

• Prepare precise and itemized cost estimates for repairs

• Communicate with insurance companies for approvals and clarifications

• Explain repair procedures and estimates to customers clearly

• Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure quality and timely repair completion

• Ensure estimates are aligned with manufacturer and insurance standards

• Utilize body shop management software for documentation and tracking

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in vehicle damage assessment and estimating

• Solid knowledge of automotive repair procedures and industry standards

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, insurers, and customers

• Experience with body shop software tools (e.g., Audatex, Mitchell, etc.) is a plus

• Certification in automotive repair or a related field is desirable
