OEG – Subsea Services is seeking a highly skilled Blade Project Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role supporting global operations. This position is based in Sweden (onshore) and follows a rotational work pattern of 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wind turbine blade repair and supervision, with the necessary GWO and IRATA certifications. This is a contract-based role (LTD engagement) with a negotiable pay rate based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise blade repair and maintenance projects on wind turbines
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and technical standards
• Coordinate with project teams and client representatives (SGRE)
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead and mentor technicians in accordance with GWO and IRATA standards

Qualifications & Certifications:

• GWO Working at Height
• GWO First Aid
• GWO Fire Awareness
• GWO Manual Handling
• GWO Sea Survival
• GWO Advanced Rescue (Hub, Nacelle, Hub Single, Nacelle Single)
• GWO Blade Repair (or equivalent)
• SGRE Blade B or Blade D certification
• IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3
• GWO Slinger Signaller
• Medical & Chester Step certification
• TSWA Experience: 3.6, D6, D7, D8

Other Requirements:

• EU Passport or Right to Work in Sweden
• Availability to start ASAP
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in offshore or onshore wind turbine blade projects
