Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including online user activities, promotions, and campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support the design and setup of marketing campaigns.

• Analyze campaign data to derive insights and optimize performance.

• Conduct quality assurance (QA) on all active campaigns to ensure alignment with company guidelines and best practices.

• Work with various departments to identify friction points and improve overall user experience.

• Propose innovative solutions to enhance customer journey and engagement.

Skills Required:

• Strong interest and understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

• Knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, and/or user lifecycle strategies.

• Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Qualifications:

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, or fresh graduate with a Business major preferred.

• Previous experience in digital marketing and campaign management is an advantage.
