Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Modeler Draftsman specializing in Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) to join our dynamic design and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed BIM models and technical drawings for EIFS-related projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that EIFS components are accurately integrated into overall building models, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for EIFS systems throughout the entire project lifecycle using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.

• Produce detailed shop drawings, 3D models, and construction documents for EIFS installations.

• Collaborate with the design and construction teams to integrate EIFS components into overall building models and ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Conduct regular model audits, clash detection, and quality checks to ensure model accuracy and integrity.

• Develop and implement project-specific BIM standards and templates for EIFS modeling.

• Participate in coordination meetings, providing technical expertise on EIFS systems and resolving any design-related issues.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of design changes, revisions, and project progress for future reference.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 5-7 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler / Draftsman, preferably with a focus on EIFS systems.

• Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.

• Strong knowledge of EIFS systems, materials, construction methods, and best practices.

• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications related to EIFS.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to work independently and provide technical support during project execution.

• BIM certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
