J10 Consulting is recruiting a highly skilled BIM Manager on behalf of a leading Main Contractor in Dubai. This role will oversee BIM implementation and project delivery for prestigious hospitality, commercial, residential, and destination developments across the GCC.

As a BIM Manager, you will take a hands-on approach to managing digital design workflows, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, and supporting multidisciplinary teams through all project stages. The position is a contract role with potential for permanent hire based on performance and mutual agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the BIM Management Office and contribute to the Digital Engineering Roadmap

• Develop, manage, and enforce BIM documentation, workflows, and project-specific standards

• Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), TIDPs, MIDPs, and coordinate project modeling efforts

• Oversee the configuration of Common Data Environments (CDE) and ensure model compliance with project deliverables

• Provide in-house training on BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, etc.) and workflows

• Perform clash detection, model validation, quality checks, and milestone reporting

• Coordinate with internal design, HSE, quality, and contracts teams for model-based reviews

• Manage asset information model validation and COBie integration for handover and facilities management

• Support 4D/5D modeling and planning with Synchro or similar tools

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering

• 5–8 years of experience in large-scale building projects, including at least 5 years in BIM leadership

• Proven experience across hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments in the GCC

• Strong command of BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Synchro, BIM 360, VICO, etc.

• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong technical documentation and reporting skills

• Ability to collaborate with contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary project teams
