• CONIN, a leading Consultancy Engineering and Architectural firm, is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM), BIM Coordination, Virtual Design, and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination. This role involves ensuring the efficient use of BIM technology in project delivery while managing architectural and engineering aspects of projects.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee BIM processes and coordination for projects

• Implement BIM technology in project delivery, ensuring efficiency

• Manage Virtual Design and Architecture-related aspects

• Coordinate Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) elements

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM

• Lead the implementation of BIM software and technology across projects

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination

• Strong background in Virtual Design, Architecture, and MEP coordination

• Proficiency in BIM software and technology

• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills

• Relevant certification in BIM or related field

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the UAE
