A leading international design consultancy is seeking a highly experienced BIM / CAD Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This is a direct-hire, permanent opportunity offering immediate start on high-profile new build projects across the Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architectural and engineering visualizations, advanced modeling, and cross-disciplinary coordination, having previously worked with top-tier consultancy firms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical lead for BIM/CAD processes, tools, and coordination efforts using Revit, AutoCAD, and related 3D software.

• Manage the development and implementation of BIM guidelines and project protocols.

• Lead the preparation of design presentations, 2D/3D drawings, visualizations, overlays, and rendered outputs using Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

• Create and manage animations in Navisworks or Synchro linked to project schedules (4D BIM).

• Generate concept and execution-stage 3D models from architectural sketches, plans, and elevations.

• Produce and revise detailed architectural drawings—plans, sections, elevations, and schematics.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design leads to ensure accurate design execution.

• Support client presentations and assist in preparing professional design documentation and reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree preferred.

• 5–8 years of post-graduate experience, preferably on landmark regional projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD 2D/3D, and visualization tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3Ds Max.

• Experience with Inventor, Rhino, and rendering/photo-realistic modeling techniques is a plus.

• Strong conceptual and spatial design skills with the ability to visually communicate ideas effectively.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal); multilingual skills are a bonus.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.

Salary & Benefits:

AED 14,000 to 20,000 per month (inclusive of allowances).
Direct hire, permanent position.
