About the Role:
A prestigious, award-winning architecture and design consultancy is seeking a Technical BIM Architect with proven regional experience to support high-profile hospitality, residential, and high-rise developments across the UAE and MENA region. This is a contract role (initial 3–6 months) with the potential for extension based on project demands and performance. Ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of the Schematic Design (SD) and Detailed Design (DD) phases and must have previously worked with well-regarded architectural consultancies in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs in Revit during the SD and DD stages of hospitality and high-rise projects.

• Collaborate with design teams and lead the development of accurate 3D models and drawing sets.

• Coordinate with MEP and Structural Engineers to ensure design integration and accuracy.

• Conduct regular design reviews, clash detection, and quality assurance checks.

• Produce precise architectural documentation including sections, plans, and elevations.

• Implement BIM standards and protocols to ensure workflow efficiency and consistency.

• Provide mentorship and Revit training to junior architects and design technicians.

• Assist in developing BIM execution plans and adhering to project-specific digital requirements.

• Stay informed on emerging tools like Rhino, Grasshopper, and Enscape for integrated workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 4 years of architectural experience, including at least 1 year in the UAE.

• Must have worked in leading design consultancies (not contractors).

• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.

• Working knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, and Enscape is a plus.

• Demonstrated expertise in design conceptualization and technical detailing for new-build projects.

• Strong communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
