Jet Aviation, a global leader in business aviation services, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to join its finance team in Dubai. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for professionals with experience in MRO billing and revenue booking. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, managing productivity records, and supporting financial reporting processes in a dynamic aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare MRO and prepayment invoices
• File and dispatch invoices accurately and on time
• Enter timecards into CAFAM system
• Assist in compiling the weekly Productivity Report
• Record daily productivity data for MRO planning

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate, preferably in a finance-related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MXX billing and revenue booking
• Experience in planning and sales is an advantage

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Proficient in spreadsheets and general computer applications
• Familiarity with aviation terminology
