RSI UAE is looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Lead (AR-EN) to manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves developing and managing employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and participating in recruitment events. The successful candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English and will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to hiring candidates.

  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies.

  • Participate in recruitment events and activities to attract talent.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.

  • Ensure an efficient and effective hiring process, maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Conduct interviews and assessments, guiding candidates through the hiring process.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting.

  • Proficiency in interviewing, hiring practices, and candidate assessment.

  • Strong skills in developing and managing employer branding.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in the educational environment (schools, universities) is a plus.
