Job Title: Bilingual Community Engagement

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Community Engagement & Social Media Specialist who is fluent in both English and Arabic. This role involves managing online communities for our clients, ensuring meaningful engagement, seamless communication, and strategic content scheduling across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Management & Engagement:

• Monitor and manage comments, direct messages, and mentions across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter

• Respond promptly to inquiries, maintaining the brand’s voice and tone

• Forward relevant messages (e.g., sales, customer service, partnerships) to clients when needed

• Track community sentiment and provide insights to improve interaction strategies

• Flag and manage potential PR or customer service issues before they escalate

Content Scheduling & Posting:

• Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Post Manager, LinkedIn Scheduling, and YouTube Manager

• Optimize posts with hashtags, alt text, geo-tags, and collaborations to boost reach and engagement

• Collaborate with the creative team to align content with broader campaigns and brand strategy

• Monitor post performance and suggest improvements based on data analytics

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Generate regular engagement reports and highlight FAQs and common customer insights

• Analyze community feedback and metrics to enhance content and engagement strategies

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)

• Previous experience in community management, digital marketing, or social media engagement

• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Post Manager, and YouTube Channel Manager

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
