Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Growth Execution

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to consistently achieve and surpass revenue goals.

Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across the education and corporate training markets.

Build long-term partnerships with clients, collaborators, and key decision-makers to expand our reach.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Understand client challenges and propose customized training solutions to meet their goals.

Deliver persuasive sales presentations, client meetings, and contract negotiations in both Arabic and English.

Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term retention through proactive follow-ups and ongoing support.
Market Insights & Business Expansion

Conduct research on market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.

Work closely with marketing teams to launch campaigns that align with current market demand.

Share key insights to help shape and evolve our training offerings based on real-time client and market feedback.
Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management

Monitor and report on sales activities, achievements, and projections to senior leadership.

Accurately forecast revenue and develop strategic plans based on data insights.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure steady business growth.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the education or L&D sector.

Fluency in Arabic and English—both written and spoken—is essential.

Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

In-depth knowledge of the education and training landscape in Dubai and the UAE.

Self-starter with the ability to thrive both independently and in team settings.

Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
