We are now looking for a dynamic, bilingual (English & Arabic) Female Sales Executive to drive growth by acquiring and managing small-to-medium business clients (SMBs) in sectors like Real Estate, Auto Sales/Rental, Healthcare (Clinics), Beauty & Wellness, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
🟩 New Business Acquisition

Identify and generate leads in target sectors

Conduct market research to assess trends and client needs

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
🟩 Full Sales Cycle Ownership

Manage the entire sales process: initial contact, client needs analysis, presentations, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing

Deliver persuasive product demonstrations tailored to sector-specific challenges
🟩 Client Relationship Management

Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., social media for website clients, software integrations)

Act as the main contact for commercial discussions and post-sales engagement
🟩 Solution-Oriented Selling

Understand HatchTechs’ full service portfolio and propose tailored solutions

Align offerings with business objectives and industry-specific pain points
🟩 Sales Targets & Forecasting

Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline tracking
🟩 Market Intelligence & CRM Reporting

Share feedback on client demands, competitor activity, and market shifts

Keep all sales activities updated in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
🟩 Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Pre-sales, Delivery, and Support teams to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech or digital sector

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Strong hunter mentality and lead generation abilities

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques

Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
-
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Knowledge of UAE and GCC business culture and regional dynamics

Tech-savvy, with basic knowledge of digital marketing and software solutions
-
Female candidates aged 20–25 preferred
