Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & Reporting Specialist fluent in Arabic and English to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting data into company systems, generating timely sales reports, and monitoring data accuracy to support business decision-making. Your role is essential in maintaining data integrity and providing actionable insights to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company’s system

• Update databases regularly with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to highlight performance trends and areas for improvement

• Identify and document data errors or inconsistencies and generate reports for management review

• Ensure data is current, complete, and aligned with business standards and reporting protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written)

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

• Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with Windows OS

• Ability to handle standard office equipment efficiently

• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
