RiDiK is seeking a Bilingual Content Writer (English & Arabic) to support the revamp of its banking websites. The role involves creating clear, compliant, and engaging content, particularly for Sharia-compliant financial products, while collaborating with UI/UX designers, product owners, and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and revamp website content in both English and Arabic across all sections.

• Draft, localize, and edit content ensuring linguistic accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance.

• Collaborate with designers and product teams to produce user-centric content for webpages, product descriptions, FAQs, lead forms, and support sections.

• Develop Sharia-compliant content for offerings like Sukuk, Murabaha, and Takaful.

• Ensure content adheres to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.

• Optimize content for SEO, mobile readability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.

• Maintain content governance guidelines and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Add content on Figma design files as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a content writer for banking, finance, or fintech websites.

• Native or fluent proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Strong knowledge of Sharia-compliant financial products and terminology.

• Experience creating and revamping bilingual website content.

• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Sitecore) is a plus.

• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple page-level deliveries under tight deadlines.
