Parsons Corporation is seeking a skilled Bid Writer to join their Bid Studio team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves crafting compelling and compliant proposal content for diverse projects, collaborating with capture managers, technical SMEs, and proposal managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex technical information into persuasive content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, proofread, and format proposal content to meet compliance and branding standards.

• Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and translate technical discussions into compelling proposal narratives.

• Edit and verify content for consistency in grammar, acronyms, styles, and technical accuracy.

• Compile tables of content, figures, and appendices, ensuring document readiness for submission.

• Conduct research to support content accuracy and proposal development.

• Collaborate with multiple departments to develop marketing materials and promotional content.

• Ensure proposal sections adhere to government RFP guidelines and evaluation criteria.

• Utilize AI technologies to enhance content creation and optimize bid writing workflows.

• Manage multiple proposals/projects and meet tight deadlines with high quality.

• Support overall proposal production schedule and review materials post-reproduction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in proposal writing, resume content development, or white papers.

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

• Expertise in AI platforms for content optimization.

• Familiarity with the full government proposal lifecycle and RFP response structures.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and work extended hours when required.

• Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills.
